**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, central systems, AHUs, FCUs and Chillers
- Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance
- Remove, replace, or upgrade old or faulty systems and components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units and related electrical systems
- Supervise on-site works and train junior technicians when required
- Ensure all installation and repair work follows safety standards and local HVAC codes
- Maintain tools, service equipment, and spare part inventory
- Communicate with clients or building management on repair status and usage tips
- Fill out service reports, maintenance logs, and job documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports, including: Team Task Updates and Perfomance, Air-Conditioning report
- Weekly reports to assist managemnt in faster and more information decision-making
- Work independently with mínimal supervision while delivering tasks accurately and on time
- Assist in HVAC project planning and site supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance
- Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields is preferred
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical cabling and HVAC system installation
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Willing to work overtime and travel outstation as needed
- Project supervision experience is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
