**Job Title: TikTok Admin**

**Job Overview**:
The TikTok admin is responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of TikTok content, user engagement, and community guidelines. This role involves monitoring user-**generated content**, **Doing Live** ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and supporting user interactions to maintain a positive and safe platform environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Moderation**:

- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with TikTok's community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content promptly.
- **User Support**:

- Respond to user inquiries and reports related to content moderation issues.
- Provide assistance and guidance to users regarding community guidelines and platform usage.
- **Policy Enforcement**:

- Enforce TikTok's community guidelines and policies consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and refine policies based on emerging trends and user behavior.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Monitor and identify potential security risks or violations.
- Work closely with the security and legal teams to address any safety concerns promptly.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze user behavior and content trends to identify areas for improvement in content moderation processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing user experience and safety.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Develop training materials for content moderators and ensure that they are well-versed in platform policies.
- Maintain documentation on content moderation processes and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive user interactions.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make decisions in accordance with established policies.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Knowledge of current internet and social media trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of cultural nuances and trends to effectively moderate content globally.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
