In this position, you will be responsible for working on a specific identified projects to support the engineering and efficiency improvement in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -Assist engineering/operations team in the development of automation and efficiency solutions for assembly, test process and equipment/fixtures -Conduct or execute design reviews, design validation and design implementation and drive breakthrough improvements to meet Safety, Quality, Cost and Productivity critical success indicators.

**Qualifications**:

- You should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any Engineering field study. - Have a strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. - Have a creative, fearless, and innovative mindset to drive ideas - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Strong English proficiency in both spoken and written
