**Responsibilities**

Marketing Coordination and Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.

Support Marketing Campaigns / Events Coordination:

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating various tasks.
- Ensure promptly to distribute of marketing materials and collateral.
- Identify and approach bazaars/events coordinators to schedule events and fill up the events schedule.
- Develop detailed checklists and timelines to ensure all tasks leading up to the event are completed on schedule.

Overseeing Festive Decorations Installation:

- Ensure festive decorations are installed according to the provided standards.
- Supervise the setup process to maintain quality and adherence to guidelines.

Post-Event/Campaign Reporting:

- Compile comprehensive reports following events or marketing campaigns, analysing performance and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements based on gathered information.

Casual Leasing:

- Initiate casual leasing to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Manage a database of leads and follow up on prospects to foster relationships and drive sales.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing materials, reports, and documents.
- Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support in the creating and managing marketing databases.
- Assist with maintaining inventory in the store room.

Assist with various ad-hoc matters as they arise, ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/degree in Admin, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in marketing filed, retail & sales experiences would be added advantage. **Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.**:

- Passion for staying abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Team player, energetic, able to multitask and work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Work arrangement**
- Monday - Friday [9am-6pm]
- Saturday or Sunday if there is any event on.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
