**Location: The Mines, Seri Kembangan**

**Responsibilities**:

- Acts with integrity and promote the culture, values and mission of Baskin Robbins.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customer cues. Take appropriate action and provide support to ensure targets are met.
- Executes store operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security to ensure the safety of all team member during each shift.
- Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.

**Requirements**:

- Holds a diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or its equivalent with 1 - 3 year of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.
- Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing teams and sales/result driven.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive, cheerful attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality and focus on excellence customer service
- Able to work in cold environment handling ice-cream

**Salary**: RM1,650.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
