**PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES**
- Complete assigned tasks professionally on time -- Complete everyday’s work in a disciplined manner. Have the foresight to plan ahead. Know who to communicate to and to obtain information about what to prepare beforehand. Keep all records up to date to ensure business accuracy.
- Able to work Overtime to fulfill Urgent Tasks -- Be a dependable teammate. Stay back when the company needs you. Lend a hand when your colleagues need it. Be mindful and thoughtful to client’s urgent demands.
- Able to cope with technology changes -- When company adopts new technologies, assigns you tasks that require mastery of new apps and technology tools, learn fast.
- Able to abide by strict safety rules and regulations -- Wear safety goggles, safety shoes at work. Refrain from using your phone on personal matters during work hours. Smoke in allocated areas.
- Communicate with clients, teammates and management -- Reports important issues to relevant personnel immediately and clearly. To gain promotion, communicate important matters with management and clients and ensure work to be done smoothly and safely.
- Inspire, motivate and lead others to complete work on time -- To gain promotion to leadership positions, employees who are able to bring out the best in others would be considered first.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa Melayu.
- Simple literacy in English is required.
- Two years of work experience; new entry’s attitude will be closely assessed based on their during probationary period
- Physically fit with moderate endurance, able to do physical hard work;
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- With own transportation
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Five Years of Experiences in Logistics, Operation Management, Production, Heavy Industrial settings
- Stable Job Records with Reliable References
- SPM Qualifications, will be assigned with different tasks;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Industries, Warehousing, Logistics, Operation Management, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, more likely for promotions and job development into senior specialist positions

**SALARY & BENEFITS**
- Minimum Qualifications -- Salary RM1500+ (Basic) RM3000++ (Inclusive of OT)
- Preferred Qualification -- Salary RM1700+ (Basic) RM3500++ (Inclusive of OT)
- Attendance Allowance: RM100
- Transportation and Company Accommodation Available upon request
- Start Immediately
- EPF & SOCSO
- Normal Workweek Monday to Saturday, Normal Hours 7:00am-4:00pm, Overtime Hours: 5:00pm - 8:00pm, Overtime on Sundays depend on urgent demands.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
