Clinic Nurse

**Main Duties**:
1.Provide high-quality patient and customer care in accordance with clinic operations, guidelines, and policies.

2.Offer consultations to customers and ensure they are fully informed about the procedures being followed.

3.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports for each customer.

4.Administer medications and injections as prescribed, following proper protocols.

5.Assist with clinic events and outreach programs as needed.

6.Manage patient registration, update waiting times, and direct patients to the appropriate consultation room.

7.Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information as required.

8.Ensure the clinic area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

9.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:
1. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.

2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure preferred.

3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.

4. Associate’s diploma/degree in nursing or medical assisting from an accredited program.

5. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Clinic Nurse, or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.

6. Knowledgeable about emerging trends and developments in the healthcare field.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and ethical approach to practice, and a wellgroomed, approachable demeanor.

9. Own reliable transportation and availability for shift work.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
