**Responsibilities**:

- Perform assigned accounting functions which include inventory, fixed assets management, account receivable, account payable, general ledger, claims and bank reconciliation
- Able to handle full set of accounts and to maintain accurate records for all transactions in compliance to financial reporting standards.
- Processing all documentation for AR, AP, GL, bank transactions for monthly accounts closing.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts management report within the dateline.
- Conduct monthly stock count.
- Familiar and hands-on in handling accounting systems and processes.
- Handle ad hoc assignment and any issues that may arise from time to time as requested by management.
- Proper administration of accounting documentation and filing.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 2 years of working experience in related accounting functions in a manufacturing concern
- Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
- Experience in cash flow forecasting & treasury operations will be advantageous
- Well versed in accounting systems
- Strong in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- The position holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by Head of Department.
