**Job Summary**:
We are seeking 1 enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team at Asuma Travel Sdn Bhd. This internship offers hands-on experience in the travel industry, focusing on management of administrative, HR operation and compliance tasks. Intern will be involved in key support roles that do not include purchasing or financial transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administration, HR & Finance Internship**
- Assist in **projects of business licensing** with stakeholders (MOTAC, DBKL, MPAJ, SMECorp, UPEN, MOF).
- Helps in **data entry** & **organizing documentations** (Company SOP, Policies).
- Prepare simple **letters, memos, and reports** under supervision.
- Support **basic asset tracking** and update asset lists if needed.
- Assist in **updating employee records** in HR databases.
- Support the **recruitment & onboarding process**.
- Assist in **data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records**.
- Help prepare **basic financial documents** (e.g., payment vouchers, petty cash records).
- Support **reconciliation of bank statements** under supervision.

**Learning Outcomes**:

- Exposure to the workflow of business management in travel tour agency.
- Practical Human Resource, Administrative skills and Project Management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace, Excel/Docs)
- Willing to learn and work as a team
- Able to attend internship within hybrid remote work environment

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month
