**Production Executive**

**Responsibilities: -**

Assist the Production Manager in maintaining and troubleshooting the daily production process and product quality deficiency. Ensuring all production processes are accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards, and GMP requirements. Enforcing all company rules and regulations.

Ensure all production process are consistent with written work instructions and procedures in order to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards, and GMP requirements. Therefore, have to be very familiar with all work instructions and procedures in the department and have to ensure they are regularly updated.

Ensure all checklist and reports in Production are properly completed by various personnel and reviewed on a timely basis. If there exceptions or findings in any of the checklist and reports, to ensure they are attended to by the right personnel until satisfactory resolution or rectification of problems.

Ensure quality of glove produced by checking QAI reports and also other related department reports. If there are quality problems, to investigate further by discussion with related personnel (e.g. Supervisors, Group Leaders, departments (e.g. QCP, Compounding, Engineering Executives, etc.) before deciding and ensuring proper, corrective & preventive actions are taken to rectify problems.

Ensure Production Supervisors are performing their duties effectively according to their written Jobs Descriptions.

Ensure production staff of all levels (except Executive & above) are competent in performing their duties by organizing and / or providing regular training (both on-job and classroom).

Report to Production Manager on any production problems there are not resolved on an immediate basis.

**Requirement of knowledge and skills**

Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Science or any related field) or 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.

Experience in gloves industry would be an added advantage.

Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards quality management system.

Good communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Fast learner and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
