We are looking for a reliable and experienced supervisor to manage operations at our shrimp farm.

Responsibilities include:
1. To monitor and planning task for general worker.

2. Involve in all farm activities and planning’s to obtain maximum output.

3. Responsible to maintain good farm records/data.

4. Responsible in pond preparation, pond culture, shrimp management and harvest process.

5. Responsible to provide daily report to superior

6. Responsible to manage and evaluate general worker

7. Responsible to design and propose research projects which benefits the farming activities.

8. Responsible to collect, record and report data related to shrimp production.

9. Ensure workers to carry out their duties accordingly.

10. Responsible to report to superiors in any difficulties and problems in the farm.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in aquaculture or shrimp farming is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of water quality, biosecurity, and farm systems
- Diploma or degree in aquaculture, fisheries, or a related field preferred
