**Qualifications**:
**Technical Requirements (Must Have)**:

- Hands-on experience of working as full time Scrum Master with Project Management Experience (minimum 1 year) or Experienced project manager, with or without prior Scrum experience, and open to transitioning into Agile methodologies.
- Ability to coach, mentor and build relationship with everyone in the company.
- Must possess leadership skills and experience and be able to improve the processes.
- Experience with tools like TFS or Jira or Confluence (or similar tools)
- Good Knowledge of lean and or agile practices
- The Scrum Master should be adaptable and able to navigate through ambiguity and uncertainty, adjusting plans and approaches as needed.
- Previous hands-on experience in either Software development / Business Analysis or testing
- Project Management experience

**Technical Requirements (Good to Have)**:

- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience with SAFe, LeSS or similar scalable agile framework
- Experience with Banking, Fintech or Insurance Domain
- Certified Project Manager

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Traveling
You may be required to travel to Sweden depending on project.
