Report to Centre Manager, this position is to assist in overseeing, managing and performing all the daily operations and administration duties of our 2 child learning centres.
- Education qualification - Diploma and above
- Relevant working experience i.e. administrative position for a learning centre / office is preferred
- Housewives, freelancers, retirees, school-leavers and fresh graduates who are looking for a full-time/part-time job are encouraged to apply
- A hands-on person who can attend to all matters including miscellaneous matters at the learning centres
- Some basic knowledge in Accounting is an added advantage
- Able to multi-task, work independently and efficiently
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- A passionate individual and love children
- Friendly personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good management and organisational skills
- Preferably English and Chinese speaking
- Able to work on permanent full-time/permanent part-time basis (at least 20-24 hours per week)
- Fine with centres' opening hours i.e. Tues-Fri 12.30pm to 9.30pm and Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
- Must be willing to work physically at our centres located at Bandar Botanic and/or Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang. Please take note that this is NOT an online or work from home job.
