Job description Effectively plan, execute and maximize the utilization of resources to achieve production target, quality, cost effectiveness and safety standards. To oversee and supervise daily production activities and ensure products are produced according to establish production procedures and process. To coordinate and ensure machines are regulary maintained according to the schedule for minimizing the downtimes. Provide training, coach, motivate and lead the team to high performance culture and maximize the quality output. Enforce compliance to workplace policies, 5S and safety policies on the production floor. Review and identify the root cause if targets are not meet and report the finding to superior. Generate production records and reports with completeness, accuracy and on time. Assist in troubleshooting production jobs and act immediately on machinery breakdown. To communicate and cooperate with teams and other section to maintain good working relationship and on time delivery of goods to customer. To review the shift hand over report before beginning of the shift on daily basis. Provide inputs and ideas of continuously improvement activities in production line to ensure best productivity results. Carry out other duties as assigned by the superior and Management. Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Job Requirements:
- Possess at least certificate/ Diploma in Engineering in related field or equivalent. 3 years of related working experience in manufacturing. Good in Communication and interpersonal skill, Leadership skill, Problem solving skill and result oriented. Knowledge in production process and manufacturing process. Can work in shift rotation.
