Responsibilities:

- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all assigned areas such as corridors, elevators, and public restrooms are clean and presentable at all times.
- Replace guest amenities and linen as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Support the laundry team when needed, including sorting, folding, and distributing linen.
- Follow the hotel’s hygiene and safety policies at all times.
