**Responsibilities**

Require of logistic basic knowledge especially on D&D calculation in order to prevent additional charges incur. Perform on-time planning to delivery Container/Cargo among customer place/port/depot before due date with most efficient/safest way. Ensure Container/Cargo have been safely delivery to allocated location/customer premise with monitoring GPS time to time. Monitor vehicles (Prime mover/Trailer) for mechanical issues relating to safety operation, and basic repair work. Understand and follow company policy and present good attendance and attitude all the time.

**Essential Duties**

Ensure effective and efficient management of Delivery Team in providing superior service to customer to optimize both drivers and Prime Movers utilization, achieve operational excellence and retain customers support and loyalty.

1. **Update Information**
- Responsible in updating information into INFOLOG, Cargo moves, North and West Port Systems.
- Ensure all Booking for export have been key in in system is valid especially to checking on VGM status / opening time upon planning.
- Ensure complete document CDA/ZB/Gate pass and any require document to driver upon booking to avoid double handling issue.

2. **Monitor Movement Activities**
- Communicate directives to diversion the planned delivery and collection schedules and ensure timely and prompt delivery in safe manner to meet customers requirement.
- Daily checking on hand job which early morning and before ends work to ensure no any job miss out/overlook.

3. **Update Collection and Delivery Status**
- Responsible to update delivery and collection into the system in-order to monitor the movement of PM and drivers.
- Ensure every container number/Date & Time to be update in Manual/System according IFL SYSTEM SOP.

4. **Document Administration**
- Involve in checking and reconciling of work tickets against INFOLOG System to ensure all information are correct and reliable.
- Ensure all driver to submit related document to office daily basic (CDA/CO/DO/DN works ticket/DGC receipt/Diesel Receipt) before go back.

5. **GPS Monitoring**
- Monitoring and plan driver where bout by GPS System and executed empty and laden container to Port / Customer premises and ensure All truck been park at desire parking yard daily thru on field checking/GPS

6. **Trailer Tracking & KPI**
- Monitor trailer movement to determine their where about, update customers on their inquiries regarding their consignment delivery and collection, trailer and understanding of truck KPI target and always plan efficiency to hit the daily target KPI.

7. **Backup /Support**
- Support and back up on Planner & Office Assistant for the operation if any.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
