**Primary Objective**:

- Support PCO’s delivery against the strategic roadmap for the RHB Group’s AML Transformation Programme
- Support the Head, PCO on initiatives across the People, Culture and Operations Model outcomes which involves:

- Assist in the roll-out an AML/CFT awareness campaign and stabilize positive reinforcement mechanisms for exemplary AML/CFT compliance.
- Support PCO of day-to-day delivery of a business outcome (in collaboration with project and activity managers) and engage the accountable executives as needed to ensure successful delivery of campaign awareness activities, tracking of Outcome Initiatives and PWG presentations.
- Provide support on content injection (where needed) and coordination across projects and activities, including where required interventions to accelerate the deliverables of the Initiatives.
- Ensure key information is cascaded and necessary documentations are created (reports)
- Support implementation of any initiatives at the team level.
- Support in Survey questionnaires and all the reporting presentation decks.
- Engage with various stakeholders from Corporate Communication, Event and Marketing to drive campaign activities.
- Assist in the administrative tasks of activities such as distribution of merchandizes and suppliers for contest prizes.

- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree -.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Compliance or AML related initiatives.
