Position : Account Executive

Salary Range : Up to RM5K

Working Hours : 9am-6pm

Working Day : Monday to Friday

Working area : Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Company Background: Well known company in healthcare & medical in supply chain and manufacturing.

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITES FOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are being recorded systematically and accurately in ledgers and other records, in accordance and compliance.
- Provide financial data and analysis to senior management to achieve the company financial objectives.
- Handle data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
- Handle daily collections, treasury and banking activities.
- Process billings, claims and payments.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
- Preparing and reporting daily cash flow information
- Monitor and analyse daily sales data and reconciliation with daily banked in amount.
- To run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation.
- Prepare weekly accounting reports including accounts statements and aging reports.
- To monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count.
- Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Liaison with auditors, company secretary, tax agent and banks

Requirements:

- At least 2 year(s) and above of working experience in Accounting role
- Familiar with any Accounting system

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
