Optimize warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing company products.
- Involve in develop and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to warehouse operations staff, ensuring resources are used efficiently and work schedules are met.
- Implement and enforce policies and standard operating procedures, prepare and attend audit findings and executive corrective measures.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and distribution activities.
- Oversee forklift usage and maintenance, provide basic forklift training to forklift driver regularly.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate monthly and yearly stock take effectively.
- Complete any ad-hoc task assign by PPC Manager and Factory Manager.

Job Requirement:

- At least 2 years experiences in production planning or warehousing.
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Warehousing or any related field.
- Posses forklift active license.
- Good understanding on safety and health compliance and implementation for warehouse system.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and good problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented and ability to work under presure to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
