_**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:_

**1. GENERAL DUTIES**
- Assist Executive Chef to ensure that the golf club and hotel resort maintains the best reputation for its culinary food production followed mission and vision.
- Create menu and maintain standard recipes that are innovative and unique in the presentation.
- Assists and control all cost & expenses to ensure a profitable food production level accordingly to the set goals.
- Train, develop and performs appraisal of all the kitchen staff down lines.
- Maintain the set standards of Safety and Hygiene in all the areas of the kitchen.
- Check all purchase and usage only the good quality products.
- Maintains and sustain the food quality and the standard according hotel resort standard of policy and procedures.
- Liaise closely with the Executive Chef on new methods of all food presentation and food recipes.

**2. OPERATIONAL DUTIES**
- Maintain and check defect all operating and fixed asset equipment.
- Monitor and control staff roster, vacation, attendance and overtime records.
- Attend chef briefing as required.
- Must present with his staff in difficult situations or during busy period.
- Take corrective action if necessary.
- Is responsible for all food production quality, refilling and food service.
- Supervises the decoration and the presentations of the food production and developed creative in his field.
- Control and monitor Market List, Food Requisition, Food Store and Inventory par stock.
- Checks and update report in kitchen briefing.
- Must involve, monitor and supervise in all food operation.
- Fully in charge and take responsibility in all kitchen outlet operation.
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:_
- SPM/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in hotel industry/F&B industry.
- Knowledgeable in kitchen regulations and operation.
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety Management System is needed.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills and customer service skills.
- Able to multi-task, hands-on person, flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Willing to work in Putra Nilai.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
