Farm Supervisor

Supervise daily farm operations
- Lead and training team in performing daily tasks efficiently and effectively
- Monitoring correct technique of farming such as the use of fertilizers, insecticides.
- Manage the maintenance and improvement of equipment
- Prepare schedule for farm workers, manage time and resources needed for farm
- Monitor quality and quantity farm's outcome, make reports and recommendation for improvement
- Ensure compliance of farm safety and agriculture industry
- Communicate with farm manager or managing director regarding progress or any arising issues
- Manage inventory records

**Criteria**
- Minimum SPM, diploma in agriculture, science or any related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
- Able to work at a remote location and flexible working time
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills and creative thinking
- Interested to keep learning and improving in agricultural industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
