To understand, check and operate machineries as per the Standard Operating Procedure. To identify and address recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts. To learn and troubleshoot with the guidance of maintenance personnel during machine breakdown. To maintain a work environment which promotes a safety first culture. To conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair and update machine maintenance record accordingly. To ensure all HACCP plans are maintained with all Critical Control Points (CCPs) monitored, recorded and verified; as well as immediately rectifying any areas of non-compliance. To perform the daily checking of the Machine Operating Time Form and provide monthly ANA to the superior, with proper filing. To record and maintain all the repairing jobs during the production operations. To perform calibration of equipment (scale, tunnel oven, rack oven, and etc) are completed according to the schedule. To repair all the related electrical equipment in the employee hostel. To update tools activity record and keep all the tools in place. To be responsible to keep the maintenance room clean and tidy. To be responsible to personal hygiene and environment, quality, safety and 5s implementation. To perform other duties that has been assigned from time to time.
