Responsibility:

- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Provide coordination between clients, designers, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers when required.
- To prepare project schedules and progress reports within the time frame given
- Coordinate the preparation of documents of shop drawing, cost calculation, project contract, project proposal, and budget report
- Oversee and supervise all of Mechanical & Electrical related matters.
- Managing the bidding process for projects to ensure that they adhere to company standards
- Ensuring that all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure ordering materials as per Project BOM and monitor/track the delivery schedule with procurement.
- Attend site meetings, and attend client’s briefing/site measurement.
- Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate them to contractors with high quality outputs and creativity with mínimal guidance.
- Ensure completion of final project documentation & other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Liaise with relevant authority bodies for example Majlis Perbandaran to ensure the project obtains the necessary and required approvals within the scheduled time frame.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
- Ensure follow up submission of Quotation, Progress claim, Variation Order, certificate, and invoicing customer.

Requirement:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical works and managing experience in project works.
- Computer literate with proficiency in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Excel and etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge in tender preparation and submission, construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies and strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanical and electrical systems design, installation, operation and maintenance.

**Salary**: RM4,300.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
