**Fresh Graduate - Salesforce Application Support / Administrator**

**Learn and**

**Responsibility**
- Create and maintain various standard objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Users, Opportunities, etc.
- Create and maintain various custom objects such as Project, Unit, Tabs, Components and visual force pages.
- Create page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists and other components on record detail pages and edit pages.
- Create custom Reports based on CLIENT’s business needs and associated them to Dashboard.
- Developed Validation Rules for the Custom Objects and Approvals for fields.
- Perform Unit Testing

C. Complex User Management Assignment

Creation of user profiles - User accessibility changes and management of role hierarchies, sharing rules and record level permissions to provide shared access among different users which may involve Object and field level security. Customization of apps and configuration of user hierarchy setting based on roles.

D. Create and prepare technical workbook and documents as per client’s business requirement and obtain CLIENT’s sign-off.

E. Data Load and Migration

Mass Transfer of Master Data i.e. Project /Unit /Accounts & Contact Management Perform Data Loading as and when require.Migration changes from Sand Box environment to Production environmentResponsible for preparing Configuration workbook and Technical Documentation
