Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems and continuously monitor also review the compliance of the internal functions with the established QA plan, guidelines and processes.

**Job Responsibility**
- To ensure all quality assurance related checklist / documents / records are current, checked, verified and properly filed.
- To assist to ensure all activities on pest control issue, plant hygiene and sanitation are carried out properly.
- To assist to ensure that the raw ingredient, in process and finished product inspections are according the procedure.
- Help in implementation of quality system standard.
- To carry out the monthly GMP and Housekeeping
- Assist in training staff on hygiene, quality awareness and food safety.
- Assist in product development and improvement activities.
- Authority over all quality and food safety systems’ documentations.
- Follow up on the lab testing results (internal and external)
- HACCP document controller.
- To carry out any job that assigned by the HOD or Management

**Education & Skill Requirement**
- Degree in any Food Technology/ Food Science discipline (minimum)
- Good written and verbal skills, body language, telephone etiquette, and responsiveness.
- Adjust/adapt (to change) with minimum disruption to productivity
- Communicate effectively with all levels, ideas logically developed and delivered
- Establish and maintain effective work relationships with colleagues; works harmoniously and effectively with others.
- Able to identify problem and come out with effective solutions with mínimal guidance and direction.
- Able to lead subordinates.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in quality control / quality assurance in a food manufacturing or food processing industry.
- Able to work on weekends and non-office hours, when required.
- Ability to cope with the ad hoc or emergency situations.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
