**Job description**

**Position : Quality Manager Cum QMR**

**Competency**:

- Experience in Quality Management System & Quality Control
- Experience in minimum IATF16949 & ISO9001 QMS, AS9100 is advantage
- Experience in Engineering/Technical drawings & well verse in GD&T
- Good communication skill, capable of interaction internally and externally
- Must posses at least Degreee in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Positive attitude, able to work independently
- Proficient in English

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience as QC/QA department lead
- Minimum 3 years experience as QMR for QMS compliance to at least IATF16494 and ISO9001.
- Experience in failure analysis and close loop corrective action reporting. Competence in 5 Why analysis, 8D report and fish bone analaysis
- Experience in Quality Inspection (First Article, Incoming, In-process, Outgoing) including use of various measuring equipment
- Experience in 6 Quality Core Tools - APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
- Experience in Quality Audit (certifcation audit, customer audit, supplier audit and internal audit)
- Familiar with CMM measurement method & concept, capable to guide QC Inspection on CMM measuring and troublehooting are added advantages
- Experience in machining parts/processes is added advantage

**Responsibility**
- As Department head and QMR
- Overseeing QA and QC processes
- Liaise certification body / Auditor, customer and supplier on matter related to audit, product specification, quality issue, quality discussion, etc
- Guide and train Quality Engineer to review Engineering / Technical drawing and identify measuring equipment required and measurement method and provide estimate inspection time
- Troubleshoot measurement issues, quality issues and QC equipment issues
- Train, assess and guidance Quality/QC Engineer and QC Inspector on measuring skill and reporting skill
- Monitor corrective and preventive action reports and status
- Initiate and revision of procedures, work instruction and inspeciton instruction
- Review and revise Quality Manual from time to time
- Update QMS document master list and monitor consitent updating of relevant QA/QC master list by Engineer
- Prepare internal audit (IA), IA reports, IA CAR, QMS Review meeting, Action Summary, Action follow up and closure
- Cordinating all documentation review, updating /revision as per procedures.
- Ensure all processes are compliance to QMS, AS9100 and ISO9001 standard
- As a trainer for procedures and work instruction
- Answering customer survallaince check sheet related to Quality System
- Improve the operational systems and processes in towards better information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Play asignificant role in long-term planning, including an initiaitve geared toward operational excellence
- Carry out any task assigned by superior from time to time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
