**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1) To assist lawyers in handling conveyancing matters, particularly in relation to the sale and purchase agreements and loan documentation for sub sales and projects, perfection of title, discharge of charge & reassignment

2) To monitor closely all files' progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work

3) To keep files and paperwork organized

**QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS CONVEYANCING CLERKS**:
1. Able to take instructions well and work independently with mínimal supervision

2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

3. Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel and loan documentation preparation

4. Good working attitude, diligent and able to complete work within deadlines.

5. Meticulous and have a sense of responsibility.

6. Organized in handling files and keeping record

7. Proficient in using computer system.

8. Good interpersonal skill in liaising with other parties

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
