1. **Dental Assistant**

**Job Scope / Duties**
- **Clinical Support**: Assist dentist during dental procedures (e.g., suction, hand instruments, prepare materials)
- **Patient Preparation**: Prepare patients for treatment, explain procedures
- **Sterilization**: Clean and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- **Room Setup**: Prepare and arrange dental trays, materials, and equipment
- **Record Keeping**: Update and maintain patient records, take notes for dentist
- **X-Rays**: Take and develop dental x-rays (if certified/allowed)
- **Inventory**: Manage dental supplies and order as needed
- **Patient Comfort**: Ensure patient comfort during and after procedures

**Skills Required**:

- Clinical knowledge and basic medical skills
- Attention to detail and hygiene
- Good communication with both dentist and patients
- Ability to handle instruments and follow infection control procedures
- Teamwork

**Work Environment**
- Mainly in the treatment room/clinical area
- Wears clinical attire (scrubs, mask, gloves)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
