1. Record and carry out preventive measurement for all machineries at plant.

2. Receive work order and do repairing works. Keep record for affected time loss calculation.

3. Order spare parts for machineries at production lines, office, rebar yard and batching plant.

4. Repair and carry out services according to daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly.

5. Do planning and execute it accordingly.

6. Manage maintenance team for all kind of preventive, repair and maintenance works.

7. Order and distribution of diesel for required machineries.

8. Special attention on gensets. Daily inspection and maintenance to avoid any breakdown.

9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on maintenance to submit to management.
