Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Baker to join our kitchen in Melaka

In your role, you are the **Baker** You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.

**Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview**:

- Possess minimum Certificates/Vocational/Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b) hotels or c) restaurants
- Passionate about food
- Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts.
- Positive and inviting attitude
- Can work flexible working hours
- Enjoy working around children and adults
- Self-motivated and can work with the team

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals
- Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits
- General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)
- Own transportation to/from work location
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen
- Ability and wiliness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Work quickly and under time constraints
