Technician (Injection Moulding)

**Responsibilities**:

- The Technician is responsible for Setup/Maintain/Repair of Injection moulding facilities, such as Injection moulding Machine, auxiliary equipment and other moulding related facilities.
- The position will require competencies that include molding, tooling, quality inspection and minor supervision.
- Setup Machine according to Work Order requirement
- Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximize production output at the same time reduce rejection Rate, Maintaining Production Yield.
- Make minor/ basic repair or maintenance to machine, tooling and equipment and notify proper personnel of necessary major repair.
- Perform proper operation Training to Operator, make sure Operator Understand the workflow and SOP.
- Coordinate Tooling and Equipment availability, Repair and Maintenance.
- Have basic experience in handling ISO 9001/14001 & IATF 16949 documentations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have at least 2 years’ experience of “hands-on” Injection molding and similar experience.
- Must possess strong Follow-Up Skill, Responsible and ready to work night shift.
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Plastics or Engineering or 2 years hands-on work experience in Related Field.
- Willing to work in Taman Mas, Puchong

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
