作为 Ank Pets House 的宠物看护员，您将是我们幕后照顾宠物的核心人物。您的使命是确保我们照顾的宠物——无论是待售、日托，还是寄宿在宠物酒店中的——都能健康、安全、快乐地生活。您对宠物的爱心、负责任的态度，以及对高品质照护的坚持，将帮助我们打造一个值得信赖、充满道德责任感的环境，让每只毛小孩都能安心依靠。

**岗位职责**:

- **日常宠物照护：** 喂食、清洁并照顾宠物，确保它们的生活环境随时保持整洁、安全和舒适。
- **健康与行为观察：** 观察宠物的行为和健康状况，如有异常立即汇报，以便及早发现问题，确保宠物健康。
- **宠物入住协助：** 协助客户送来的宠物完成入住流程，帮助它们适应临时的“新家”。
- **多门市支援：** 根据需要前往不同门市支援团队，提供一致且优质的照护。
- **团队合作与持续学习：** 与团队成员紧密合作，共同营造积极的工作氛围，并积极参与培训课程，掌握最新的宠物照护知识与技能。

**职位要求**:

- 拥有最少SPM或同等学历。
- 真心喜爱宠物，并具备强烈责任感。
- 愿意亲自动手处理喂食与清洁工作。
- 能够在周末与假期弹性上班。
- 必须细心、可靠、有耐心。
- 必须自备交通工具。

**About the role**:
As a **Pet Sitter** at **Ank Pets House**, you’ll be the heart and hands behind the scenes, caring for our pets across outlets. Your mission? To ensure the health, safety, and happiness of pets in our care — whether they're waiting to be sold, under daycare, or boarding in our pet hotel. Your love for pets, responsible mindset, and dedication to quality care will help us build a trusted, ethical environment for all our furry friends.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Pets Care**: Feed, clean, and taking care of pets, ensuring their living spaces are tidy, safe, and welcoming at all times.
- **Health & Behavior Monitoring**: Observe and report on any changes in behavior or health to help catch issues early and maintain wellbeing.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in the onboarding process for pets sent by customers, helping them settle into their temporary home.
- **Multi-Outlet Flexibility**:Travel between outlets as needed to support teams and provide consistent care.
- **Team Collaboration and Continuous Learning**: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere, while actively participating in training sessions to stay informed about pet care trends and improve your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- A genuine love for pets and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to get hands-on and handle cleaning and feeding tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, caring, and attentive to detail.
- Must have own transportation.
