Position**: Cinema Customer Relation Officer**

Location**:TGV Gurney Paragon**

**Attractive Salary**:

- Basic salary: RM1,800
- Midnight Allowance RM5/hour (after 12am)
- Transport Allowance RM5/day (after 10pm)
- Monthly incentives

**Qualifications**:

- 18 - 35 years old
- Can do overtime
- Must have own transport
- Able to communicate in English and Malay
- Well presentable during interview and work (No jeans, clean shave and short hair)
- Have experience in customer relation especially in retail or FnB based
- Able to work in shift basis either 9am-6pm, 6pm-3am
- Shift basis depends on which outlet

**Job scope**
- Foyer Ambassador - 1st layer of usher (Greet, usher)
- Ticket Box - Sell & assisting on ticketing machines
- Candy Bar (Counter) - Selling & handling cash, at the counter
- Candy Bar (Kitchen) - Food prep
- Popper - Prepare popcorn, follow operation guidelines
- Ticketing point - Check and control hall entry (No outside food, no illegal recording device, ticket info)
- Floor staff - hand in hand with ticketing. Check cleanliness of the cinema hall, all condition of the hall, illegal activities, cleanliness of the washroom
- Booth staff - One man show staff (Promote, sell & payment)
