**Working Time**: Based on weekly schedule made

**Working days**: 6 days/week, 1 off day

Job scope:

- Manage all aspects of food truck operations - scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etc
- Set-up for events by putting tables/kitchen wares in place.
- Ability and willingness to cross train to all 2 potential catering positions including; driving and banquet crew.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown service.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Manage routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Document and log work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
- Adhere with van driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.
- Collect and verify delivery instructions.
- Report defects, accidents or violations.

**Job Requirement**:

- Good communication skills
- Must have 2 - 3 years’ experience in van
- Experience in driving van for catering is an advantage
- Discipline, punctuality and good attendance.
- Responsible and willing to work overtime.
- Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route services.
- Able to assist banquet crew in carrying items for setup and clearing for events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
