**Role description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement robust backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps and Business to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Drive technical excellence by enforcing coding standards and conducting code reviews.
- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues and quick solutioning for production issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on ASP.NET (MVC, Forms and Core).
- Proficiency in C#,.NET Framework,.NET Core and Web API.
- Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Solid experience with SQL Server and database design. Oracle knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
