**About the role**

As a **Quality Control Technician** at **HFC Tech Sdn Bhd**, based in **Kota Damansara, Selangor**, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This full-time role involves hands-on inspection, documentation, and collaboration with production teams to uphold consistent output and continuous improvement.

**What we're looking for**
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed quality documentation, including test product, reports, and corrective action records
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements
- Monitor and report production non-conformities, and lead investigations to identify root causes
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and relevant industry certifications
- Maintain calibration and functionality of testing equipment and tools
- Train staff on quality control procedures and continuous improvement practices
- Participate in product development reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks

**What we're looking for**
- Experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with production workflows, quality systems, and standard operating procedures
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with solid problem-solving skills
- Able to read and interpret technical specifications and manufacturing guidelines
- Good communication skills in **English**, and **Bahasa Malaysia**:

- Technical certificate or diploma in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
