As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities at various job sites. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team of workers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Supervision**:Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**2. Safety Compliance**:Enforce safety protocols and regulations on site to maintain a safe working environment for all workers and subcontractors.

**3. Quality Assurance**:Monitor work progress and quality of workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

**4. Team Management**:Lead and motivate construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel to maximize productivity and efficiency.

**5. Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues or concerns.

**6. Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress report, safety inspections, and material inventory.

**7. Problem-solving**:Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction, such as design changes, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.

**8. Cost Control**:Monitor project expenses and resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Previous experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technique, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license (D,GDL)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
