**Job Description: Purchaser (Warehouse & Hardware Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Identify and source materials, equipment, and supplies required for the warehouse and hardware inventory.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of goods.
- **Supplier Relationships**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- **Order Processing**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all procurement activities.
- **Cost Control**:

- Analyze and compare costs to identify opportunities for savings.
- Implement measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency in the procurement process.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers in the hardware and warehouse industry.
- Evaluate alternative products and services to enhance operations.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to meet inventory demands.
- Communicate with internal departments to understand and meet purchasing requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in warehouse or hardware industries.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with suppliers.
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
