Av Supervisor

To inspect, clean, maintain and repair all audio/video equipment in the hotel.
- To cooperate closely with the Banquet Department and the function organizers in preparing for the function and during the functions.
- To operate all audio equipment, special lighting equipment and video systems during functions.
- To assume responsibility for the state of the maintenance and operational condition of all audio and video recording and playback systems, conference equipment, simultaneous translation system, etc.
- To be thoroughly familiar with all regulation regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
- To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
- To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest area.
- To provide telephone and additional lighting as per function request.
- To maintain the lightings and sockets in all function rooms.
- To carry out periodic cleaning of Air-conditioning in function rooms.
