Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide clear instructions regarding procedures, medications, or follow-ups.
- Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist in basic procedures as required.
- Sterilize medical equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support doctors and nurses during consultations or treatments.
- Monitor and replenish medical and office supplies.
- Maintain proper stock levels and report shortages promptly.
- Ensure all areas of the clinic meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to clinic policies, confidentiality regulations, and healthcare protocols.
- Perform other duties and errands as assigned by Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
