**Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist Front Desk Services**
- Welcome all visitors to the University and ensure they are assisted in a pleasant manner.
- Respond to all routine enquiries directly and refer non-routine enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Receive and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain and tidy the front counter receptionist area
- Distribute all the University incoming mail, including tracking where appropriate.
- Arrange for couriers when necessary.

**Administrator**
- Keep stationery stocks at an appropriate level, ordering as and when necessary.
- Keep mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar sachets, creamer supplies, disposal plates, cutleries and cups stocked as necessary for university.
- Source for competitive quotes as and when necessary.
- Participate in and support University functions and events.
- Assist other department on administrative tasks as when required.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification must be Diploma or above.
- Minimum one (1) years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in general administration tasks.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skill including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
