**OVERVIEW OF INTERNS JOB SCOPE**
- Introduction of Company Background and Company Product
- Training in practicing basic laboratory tests and shelf life test
- Training in the sensory evaluation preparation
- Understanding on food standard and ingredients evaluation
- Maintain and update regularly R&D documentation
- Explore new and exciting culinary techniques and presentations
- Assist in conducting basic laboratory tests and shelf life test
- Assist in evaluates current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipe and conduct sensory evaluation of new food products
- Translate development recipes by simplifying steps for executional replication
- Accurately document recipes and methods of preparation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
