**Scope of Work**

**Managing of Portfolio**
- To manage the client portfolio and to review team work deliverable to ensure we meet the internal, client and statutory deadlines;
- To prepare client engagement proposal;
- To ensure the issuance of invoices to clients and collection from clients are on timely basis; and
- To prepare and report on the weekly reporting dashboard to the management.

**Preparation of accounts**
- To prepare full set of accounts (Comprehensive Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position and Cash Flow) in accordance with MASB requirement for audit or tax purposes. It could be on periodic basis (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly);
- To prepare and present the periodic/yearly management report and reporting schedules as required by clients, audit and tax purposes;
- Able to advise client on accounting issues and matters;
- To prepare budget and variance analysis;
- To attend to Auditors and Tax agents
- To ensure completeness of documentation upon completion of each period of accounts.
- Miscellaneous and ad hoc tasks when required.

**Key Mindsets and Skillsets**
- Process a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent with at least 5-year relevant experience;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Malay, Mandarin will be an added bonus;
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask;
- Knowledge of standard software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, Team, Power Point) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required;
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL, Auto-Count, Xero and etc) and the ability to learn the specific software if required;
- Positive mind set and passionate in accounting matters.
- Team player, Proactive, Initiative and take ownership of responsibility;
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information;

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
