We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys administrative work, and wants flexible hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Updating client records and maintaining databases
- Assisting with compliance and filing tasks
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian citizen - Age 35 years and below
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Interest in finance or wealth management is a plus
**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
