**Summary**:
**Job Descriptions**:

- To attend to guest request on engineering related matters with warm service and prompt response
- To handle all areas of engineering which includes plumbing, painting, carpentry, kitchen equipment, aircond and electrical maintenance.
- To report any urgent issues, Engineering defects concerning safety of guest
- Other adhoc duties as and when necessary assign by the Management

**Requirements and Skills**:

- SPM / Certificates / Diploma in related discipline
- Good knowledge of building maintenance
- Positive attitude with pleasant personality
- Good people skills
