**Key Responsibilities**:

- To perform with the daily activities of the procurement department. Purchase goods / services that meet the required quantity and quality expectation of company
- To do the planning & forecast for the purchase of materials / equipment, and services supplies.
- To monitor and execute the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- To review, compare, evaluate the quality of the approving products and services.
- To work/liaise with warehouse division on managing the accuracy of procurement record
- To keep, maintain, and update the supplier/vendor information
- To maintain good supplier/vendor relations
- To research and evaluating on prospective suppliers/vendors information & stay up to date on the industry trends and products
- To prepare the monthly budget, cost analysis, and reports
- To assist in the procurement evaluation and negotiation contract
- To perform timely prepare, update, and filling of procurement management related of documentations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree, or Diploma holder in Procurement Management, Business / Finance Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Able to converse and writing in both English, and Malay. Mandarin is added advantage.
- Required skill(s): Project Management, Problem Solving, Sourcing, Planning and Stock Controlling
- Individual with strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- This is a full-time role and applicant should be Malaysia citizen
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

**Competencies**:

- Patience.
- Good in follow-up.
- Ability to organize and complete the work task on timely manner.
- Ability to perform analysis report, planning & forecast
