Job description

Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, and qualify and negotiate sales contracts.

Identify potential customers through phone calls, cold calls, networking, referrals, and community events.

Research and contact prospective businesses, using industry and news databases, social media, and the company website.

Prepare sales and marketing presentations, and proposals, including materials and equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines.

Identify and cultivate key decision makers and influencers within prospective companies.

Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing.

Develop and maintain customer relationships, including meeting with customers to negotiate contracts and renewals, as well as training customers’ employees.

Establish and implement marketing and sales strategies, objectives, and tactics.

Key Objectives:

- Develop new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
- Ensure healthy sales performance for assigned customer groups.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and communication.

Who are they looking for?
- Experience level: Those with one to two years of working experience in sales are preferred.
- Educational background: Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Marketing knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of marketing principles is essential.
- Language skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Idustry exposure: Previous experience in marketing or advertising agencies (event, digital, outdoor, PR) is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, particularly in handling customer inquiries efficiently.

5 working days (weekday only)

Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.00pm

Basic Salary + Allowance + Commission up to 10K ++

Contribute ：EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS

Benefit : Annual Leave/ Medical Leave & Claim

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
