Lorry Drivers needed for: Sg Besi & Kota Kemuning **Job Description**: 1. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customer, shipper and station in a safe, timely manner. 2. Verify customer details match with the actual address in the driver apps before and during delivery to ensure that addresses are within the coverage area. 3. Driver shall ensure the following conditions are met before driver/rider leaves for delivery: a. Irregularities or discrepancies of the parcels. b. The packaging condition of all parcels is in acceptable condition. c. Ensure all parcels are secured with AWB. d. The number of parcels in driver apps is tallied with the number of physical parcels. e. Parcel is under driver's coverage area and route. 4. Driver shall inform and handover the parcel to the Station's staff if there is any parcel discrepancies. 5. Call customer before failing the delivery. 6. Well manner with customer. 7. Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules. 8. Adhere to the POD requirements. 9. Abiding all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record 10. Comply to BBB Express Code of Conduct. 11. Comply to BBB Express Quality Policies & Quality Objective. 12.
