Setting gauges and preparation /issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures - Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments; 1. Dimensional verification 2. Hardness check 3. Mill Certificate Verification 4. VTI 5. Short term rental gauges - Perform final check on finished parts and routers/documentation/inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor’s / customers’ requirements - Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test - Perform threading inserts verification - To raise Non-Conformance / Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered - To conduct internal process audit - Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room - Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures Job Requirements - Faro Arm / Rotation of Night shift / Able to read, write and comm in English - Working Hours: 8.33 hours - Working Time: 8am to 5pm - 2 Shifts - Age below 45 yrs old - Staff can come back on Saturday to work, OT will be paid by 1.5 times. - Minium OT hours: 16 hrs per week Enhance Talent located at Mount Austin, Johor Bahru is a " one stop education and career guidance center" in advising, counselling and assisting students in the planning and preparation of higher education to post tertiary level.
