- Responsible in entre human resources functions (recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, staff welfare, training, SOP and payroll) of the Company.
- Responsible to ensure the company's Human resource policies and procedures are aligned to regulatory requirements.

- Responsible in analvzing and recommending methods and processes that may improvement the overall services of the Company.

- Responsible in investigating and solving Team Members' problems and conflicts (if any).
- To establish annual internal and external training calendar /programme for Team Members.
- To fairly appraise and review each Team Members for promotion recommendation and monetary rewards e.g. increment, bonus, etc.
- Responsible to provide equal opportunity to all Team Members on career development.
- Responsible to be able to identify each Team Member's strengths and weaknesses and plan programmes for improvements or further improvements.
